What is not included in the price?

The price does not include external utilities (electricity connection, sewage system, and water supply), foundation construction, and standard house package does not include internal finishing and utilities. Clients can order these services from us to complete the house.

Are timber frame houses more expensive to build than traditional aerated concrete or brick houses?

Timber frame houses are, on average, 15% cheaper to build and significantly cheaper to maintain. Costs may vary depending on factors such as materials used, design complexity, and location.

What warranty is provided for the houses?

The warranty for the house frame is 10 years. The warranty for the finishing materials is 2 years.

What are the heating options?

We can offer the installation of any type of heating system, but for ease of daily use, we recommend an air-to-air heat pump.
