SIA Framers is a company with extensive experience in building wooden frame homes and modular houses. We specialize in constructing “Barn house” style homes for various needs – from simple and stylish saunas and small cottages to full-fledged homes with two bedrooms and a sauna. Our homes are energy-efficient, compact, with modern design, and eco-friendly.

Contract Signing
Before signing the contract, we will discuss the house project, facade colors, and other important details.
Handover Process
Within three to six months, we complete the construction work and hand over the house to the client for use.

Payment Terms
First installment after signing the contract
First Installment: 50% within ten working days after signing the contract.
Second installment after frame installation
Second Installment: 25% after frame installation, starting facade works.
Final installment before commencement of interior works
Final Installment: 25% after commencing internal works within 10 working days.
House Delivery

Delivery of our wooden frame houses typically involves several stages. Components such as walls, floors, roof trusses, and other structural elements are manufactured off-site according to the house project and specifications. Once ready, they are transported to the construction site.
The delivery process often requires meticulous planning and coordination. Trucks transport the house components to the site, where a qualified team of workers unloads and organizes the materials. Our staff carefully inspects to ensure all details are accounted for and remain undamaged during transportation.
Efficient and precise delivery is crucial for the overall construction timeline. Proper handling and organization of delivered materials ensure a smooth and timely assembly process.
