Contract Signing
We choose the home that interests you. Before signing the contract, we discuss the facade and its color you prefer. We confirm the interior and the stage of completion you desire for your home.

Approval with the Architectural Authority
The approval process for the home construction project is simplified but can take from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the local architectural authority.
03.
House Construction
On a pre-prepared foundation, our experienced construction team begins building your new house. All necessary utility installations at the site must be completed before the home construction begins.
04.
Interior Work
Depending on your preferences, we create the interior spaces according to a previously developed work plan.
05.
Handover
to the
Client
We hand over the completed house to the client, ensuring high-quality finishes and a guarantee.
